Long Island Affiliate
As an extension of the New York Chapter, the Long Island Affiliate promotes awareness and allows for local participation of the organization to members who live and work on Long Island. The Affiliate holds committee meetings and plans and hosts client panel programs, networking events, and professional development webinars. We are a local resource for education, peer-to-peer networking, and professional development to benefit both you, the member, and your firm.
Letter from the Committee Director
Long Island Affiliate Committee members enjoy a tremendous sense of fulfillment both personally and professionally. Your contributions – just a few minutes a week or a number of dedicated hours – will help to support and expand the programs and networking events we host on Long Island. Whether helping to organize social networking events, developing and coordinating client panels or technical programs comprised of industry experts, or hosting workshops and webinars focused on SMPS’s Six Domains of Practice, there are a myriad ways you can contribute.
