Tracy's role is HR in nature, and she supports one of the Corporate functions’ “People” programs in a consultant / client capacity. Her focus is primarily on employee engagement and recognition. Tracy helps facilitate the delivery of internal events and strategic campaigns designed to educate and elevate the employee experience across the department (global in scope). Additionally, she delivers the program’s communications, and manage day-to-day operations, planning and execution for multi-city and regional activities.
