Joseph has a background in philanthropy and policy analysis, with experience in job creation and economic development. At Karp Strategies, Joseph manages infrastructure planning, real estate policy, and stakeholder engagement. He has conducted policy research in workforce and community development, transportation policy, MWBE procurement, and voting reforms. Combining a data-driven approach with an equity lens, he specializes in translating complex concepts across different audiences. Joseph’s experience with New York City Council and Living Cities built his expertise in city policies and the disparate impacts they can unintentionally create. Joseph received his Bachelor’s from the University of Michigan Ford School of Public Policy and his Master’s in Public Administration from New York University's Wagner School of Public Service.
