John D. Puglisi, P.E. is the Associate Vice President, Facilities Management at Fordham University. He is responsible for facilities maintenance, operations, repair, grounds management, custodial services and acquiring design and construction services for the University’s 85 acre Rose Hill Campus and the Lincoln Center Campus. John has been at Fordham since 2005 in multiple roles including Director, Design and Construction. John’s professional experience includes 12 years as a Navy Civil Engineer Corps officer, consulting environmental engineering and design experience at Malcolm Pirnie and commercial real estate engineering work at TIAA-CREF. He has a BSME (mechanical engineering) from the United States Naval Academy and a ME in environmental engineering from the University of Florida. John is also a registered engineer in New York State and Florida. He resides in New Rochelle, New York with his wife and two children.
