Denise Turner Roth

Denise Turner Roth, former administrator of the General Services Administration (GSA), serves as WSP’s chief development officer. Throughout her career, Denise held leadership positions at the federal and local government levels. As a GSA administrator, she led a workforce of 12,000 full-time employees with responsibility for a $27 billion budget. While leading the agency’s public buildings, federal acquisition and technology service programs, Denise championed key strategic initiatives and instituted policy changes to engage local economic development priorities in GSA property placement decisions. Denise graduated from George Mason University with a bachelor’s degree in political science and government and received an honorary Doctorate of Letters in recognition of her distinguished public service.
