Carl Friesen has a journalism background including a journalism degree and several years’ experience as a reporter, editor and freelancer. He is the author of five books on thought leadership marketing, including one published by SMPS. For the past 15 years he has worked with firms in the AEC space as well as accounting and law, helping business professionals get their ideas published. He is a frequent contributor to Marketer and has presented to several SMPS chapters. He is Principal of Thought Leadership Resources, based in Mississauga, Canada.
