Beth Portnoi Shaw, Associate AIA

Beth leads Business Development at Carlton Architecture where she is also a member of the strategic development team. Beth joined Carlton 8 years ago, shortly after completing the Goldman Sachs Returnship program in the Corporate Services and Real Estate Division. She began her career with the management of various aspects of the design of large-scale interiors and architectural projects at JP Morgan’s 60 Wall Street headquarters building. Beth served multiple terms as President of Professional Women Photographers, a non-profit that promotes women’s photographic vision and public interest in photography. While at JP Morgan, she completed an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business. Beth recently completed a Cornell University Certificate in Real Estate Development. Other credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Design and Environmental Analysis from Cornell University
