Mid-size multi-office Architectural and Engineering firm offering a wide array of services to various markets is seeking a highly motivated, honest, sales oriented, result driven individual to expand our existing client base in the Metro New York marketplace.  Individual will report to the Principal/Director of Marketing and Business Development in our New York City office.   Duties and tasks include making cold calls and arranging introductory meetings with potential clients, attending industry events and functions, and client entertainment along with overall support for the company’s initiatives to grow in the various markets.

Educational requirements:  Degree in Business with focus on marketing, sales, or communication.

Experience:  Three to five years of experience along with knowledge and familiarity with the Metro New York Real estate, Design and Construction industry is required.  Existing client contacts and relationships with Owners, Brokers, Owners Representatives is preferred.

Compensation will be salary plus, incentive- based bonus based on experience and proven track record.
