Fast-growing healthcare company is seeking a dynamic and senior level marketing coordinator with a background in Federal Healthcare services.  Go Energistics, LLC. The Marketing and Proposal Manager is responsible for collaborating with key players (internally and externally) to ensure that each new opportunity for bids receives the proper resources and coordination they need to be successful. 
Duties / Responsibilities
Actively manage the proposal and presentation process from start to finish, consistently applying marketing best practices related to design, writing, editing, layout and production.
Manages graphic design efforts for SOQ, Proposal and Presentation with graphic design manager
Participates in pink, red and gold team reviews
Reviews requests for information, qualifications, and proposals (RFIs, RFQs, RFPs)
Manages production of SOQs and Proposals
Manages pursuit schedules
Creates outlines for SOQs and Proposals
Manages compliance matrices and adherence to evaluation criteria
Manages resources in the areas of writing, editing, illustrating, desktop publishing, technical editing, quality control and print reproduction
Reviews draft and final versions of SOQs and Proposals for responsiveness to RFI/RFQ/RFP, thoroughness, accuracy, staffing, financial considerations, quality and effective design and layout
Suggests management-level reviews and approvals of SOQs and proposals
Participates in or hosts debrief, and lessons learned meetings
Partner with the marketing communications team to prepare company-wide qualifications and marketing collateral materials in compliance with company writing and branding standards and in alignment with strategic plan.

Ability to compose documents onscreen and to communicate graphically
Understanding of graphic design and document layout principles
Must be proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe InDesign and Acrobat Pro
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Communications or Related
Experience in Lieu of Education Is Acceptable
7+ Years of Professional Experience within the A/E/C Industry or similar field (i.e. IOTA experience)
Background in Federal Healthcare services
Experience managing large, complex proposals, including coordinating, leading and managing the pursuit process
Experience producing proposals within the A/E/C industry
Travel Requirements
Travel required only when requested. Under 20%.

No direct supervision of others.
Ability and desire to serve as a mentor
Demonstrated leadership experience in leading, mentoring and engaging a diverse team of marketing, communications, and graphic design professionals
