SMPS New York’s Coordinators Club events are a place for new marketers new to enhance their knowledge of the latest AEC marketing tools and trends. Coordinators Club offers one-hour educational sessions via seminars, panel discussions, and round table workshops. They not only create the opportunity for peers to get together to discuss topics relevant to their careers, firms, and the industry but also provide a place for SMPS members to learn marketing skills in use every day but are not taught in any traditional learning environment.
Each hour-long lunchtime session is hosted at a local AEC firm in New York City. Topics include public relations, website development, W/MBE requirements, and career growth, all with a focus on the precise needs of the AEC community. A highlight is the annual proposal swap, where members can share their hard work, ideas, success and challenges of working in a competitive, deadline-driven industry.
The events are free to attend, and dessert and snacks are provided. You are welcome to bring your own lunch.
Coordinator Club events are presented in a friendly, fun, intimate environment. There is always time for some quick networking as well, so please join us!
