As a marketer in the AEC industry, how many times have you heard that you can’t win work without proposals? Do you spend 80% of your time responding to RFPs? Have you cut out time for marketing activities but got derailed with a last-minute, higher priority pursuit?

If you’ve nodded your head yes to any of these questions, then our upcoming virtual program “Marketing Beyond Proposals” is for you!

Don’t get us wrong, a proposal-centric approach isn’t all bad, but there are plenty of needs not being met by simply churning out proposals day in and day out. This reactive approach to marketing isn’t a sustainable way to gain new clients or maintain relationships with existing ones.

In “Marketing Beyond Proposals,” Kristy Cerullo and Jeffrey Taub, FSMPS, CPSM, will present strategies for developing strong client relationships using a more well-balanced marketing approach, and what we as marketers can do to bridge the gap within our firms between proposal development and other marketing activities.

The program will take place on June 16th and consist of a live virtual presentation followed by open discussion and Q&A led by moderator Sharyn Yorio, FSMPS, CPSM. Attendees also have the opportunity, when registering, to sign up for 15-minute one-on-one coaching sessions with AEC marketing experts; these sessions will take place immediately after the presentation, between 10:30 and noon EST. Bring your capability statement, a proposal section, part of your website, or even just a burning question (How can I make better use of social media to increase brand awareness? How can I implement a more focused marketing planning program?). Our marketing coaches can provide an outsider’s perspective and expert advice based on their years of experience in the industry.

Attendees will leave this program with a better understanding of how to not only sell yourself within your firm, but also position your firm for success.

It may be hard to imagine what AEC marketing will look like post-COVID, but our experts and coaches are here to help. Register today!

P.S. Don’t worry if you find yourself stuck in a never-ending Zoom call, this event will be recorded and made available to registered attendees after the event!
