Congratulations to our SMPS-NY Marathon Runners

Congratulations to Julie Pampuch, Managing Director at WB Engineers+Consultants and Alexandra Rodda, Director of Marketing at J.A. Jennings, Inc. for completing the 2017 New York City Marathon and Courtney Grill, Senior Marketing Manager at Faithful+Gould for completing the 2017 Baltimore Marathon.

Liz Archer promoted to Dewberry Business Development Manager

Liz Archer has been promoted to business development manager in the firm’s Bloomfield, New Jersey, office. 

In addition to her new role as business development manager, Archer, who has been in the industry for nearly 25 years, serves as a marketing pursuit manager where she coordinates the proposal process from prospect identification through strategy development, preparation, and final submittal.

Prior to joining Dewberry, Archer spent eight years in positions focusing on marketing, community outreach, and affirmative action compliance for a construction company in New York City. She earned her bachelor’s degree in architectural technology from the New York Institute of Technology (1993) and is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP), CoreNet Global, Intelligent Transportation Society of America, Professional Women in Construction, Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), and Women’s Transportation Seminar. Additionally, Archer is co-chair of membership for the CoreNet New Jersey chapter, chair of programs for the American Council of Engineering Companies’ New Jersey chapter, and was recently named October 2017 Member of the Month for SMPS’ New York chapter. Archer was also elected as a governor of the board for the New York Building Foundation in the class of 2018, and received a 2017 Women Builders Council Outstanding Woman Award.

Michelle Galindez joins Syska Hennessy Group

Michelle Galindez joins Syska after 16 years at a global management and consulting firm for engineering services, where she most recently headed national marketing and communications. There, she developed and enhanced the brand by creating and implementing a number of successful marketing, staffing, branding, communications and public relations campaigns. In this new role, Michele aims to refine Syska’s marketing and communications strategy and create a best-in-class, in-house marketing agency – a first in Syska history. The agency will support the firm’s technical expertise and thought leaders while serving as a strong backbone for business development.                             

Elise Martos Teams with Husband at Martos Engineering

After ten plus years marketing in the A/E/C industry, this past month, Elise Martos joined with her husband Christian Martos, PE, SE as the Director of Marketing and Communications at Martos Engineering. The firm provides structural engineering design services for projects of varying sizes and scopes including renovation/preservation of existing structures as well as the design of new buildings. Elise and her spouse have previously worked together. Her Reflections and advice regarding working with a spouse will be profiled in a 2018 edition of MARKETER Magazine.

Courtney Grill promoted to Senior Marketing Manager

Courtney Grill was recently promoted to Senior Marketing Manager at Faithful+Gould. Courtney oversees the Corporate Real Estate and Mission Critical sectors at the firm for the Americas region. She is based out of the New York office and also oversees staff located in other offices across the country. She recently led several global pursuits for the firm including winning the biggest Corporate Real Estate account in the firm’s history. She has been with the firm for more than three years and in the A/E/C industry for more than 10 years. 

Philip Mok joins Infinite Consulting Corp

Philip Mok, CF APMP joined Infinite Consulting Corp. (ICC) as Director of Business Development, serving directly under ICC President Eric Hirani, CCM, ADBIA. Philip joins ICC from PACO Technologies, where he served as Marketing & Pursuit Manager. With a successful track record of leading pursuits of up to 9 figures for Fortune 500, ENR Top 100, and public sector clients, Philip will support business development efforts in ICC’s core safety and quality management services and lead the expansion of ICC’s PM/CM practice.
