We are seeking highly-motivated candidates for the position of Sales Services Coordinator to be located primarily in our New York City office with occasional travel to our New Brunswick, NJ office. The primary responsibility of this fast-paced position includes preparing and assisting with the proposal process; statement of qualifications; government forms; etc. in support of Gilbane’s national business development team. Responsibilities also include data maintenance related to projects and personnel. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in marketing preferably in the AEC industry and a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or a related area. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented and proficient in desktop publishing, preferably InDesign CS6 (or later versions), as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
