Lothrop Associates LLP, a White Plains based, mid-sized, architectural and interior design firm serving a broad spectrum of clients, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
• Assist with producing time-sensitive submissions and marketing materials for proposals, request for qualifications, and standard brochures
• Assist in maintaining standard marketing material (project profiles, project lists, references, resumes, government forms – SF 330) etc.
• Assist in lead searching
• Provide general administrative support to business development function
The ideal candidate is detailed oriented, thrives in a deadline driven environment, and is comfortable working on multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, and Adobe Acrobat a must
• Capability of working independently and collaboratively
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with InDesign a plus
• Experience in A/E/C industry an asset
