How you project yourself to the world is important, especially if you believe as deeply in what you do as we do. We want to connect with people that have the same interests, values and aspirations, be they potential clients, staff or collaborators… so how we face the outside world is of great importance.
We are looking for someone who can help in our communications efforts, collaborating with our outside PR agency and in-house marketing team to raise the visibility and understanding of our firm here and abroad.
You have a deep appreciation for design, particularly urban planning and architecture, and are familiar with our industry and those it affects.
You have experience both professionally and academically with marketing and communications, ideally in the architectural field, and have worked on everything “PR” from press releases to special events to exhibitions to awards submissions.
You are good with both the big picture and the little details, from crafting a media advisory to administering an event to curating an exhibit. You are good with writing, graphics and project management, because all are crucial to your success.
You are a team player, good at both taking and giving direction and bringing people together to create materials and experiences that are meaningful and impactful to a broad or targeted audience.
You are confident enough to effectively translate the firm’s mission into compelling articles and humble enough to handle the administrative requirements of executing an event down to the very last detail.
This all sounds familiar because you have years of experience doing the same and are getting in touch because you are looking for an opportunity to do it on a larger scale, managing the process for a firm that is a leader in its field.
