Infrastructure Engineering Inc. (IEI) is a fast growing multidiscipline engineering firm with offices across the Midwest including Chicago, Indianapolis, Peoria, Springfield, Omaha and New York. Since its inception in 1997, IEI has served both public and private organizations with projects including multi-lane freeway/expressway reconstruction, bridge design, intersection improvements, resurfacing, drainage and utilities improvements, traffic signals, mass transit studies, as well as resident engineering and program management assistance. The primary responsibility of the Administrative and Marketing Assistant is to greet visitors, answer all incoming calls and assist with the development of marketing and business development related materials. Additional duties include providing administrative and clerical support to staff, preparing documents and forms and maintaining a variety of databases and files.
The ideal candidate will have two years of experience as an administrative assistant, have the ability to work independently and have strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook are preferred.
