As Director of Unmanned Aviation for Maser Consulting, Mr. Dannenberg is charged with the development and expansion of Remote Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS) services for the firm, as well as planning and executing major projects. He has over 20 years of comprehensive piloting experience using Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), a rapidly evolving technology used as a tool for collecting highly accurate and actionable data using a variety of specialized sensors. Recognized internationally as a forerunner within the commercial RPAS market, Mr. Dannenberg has been at the leading edge in the development of key practical applications for Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) specific industry requirements, as well as developing RPAS safety programs worldwide.
Victoria Cerami is Chief Executive Officer of Cerami & Associates, Inc., a global leader in acoustical, audiovisual and technology consulting. As CEO, Victoria focuses her time on building and cultivating client relationships, and guiding the staff to be technical experts and thought leaders that provide hands-on client and project management through firm-wide initiatives that are focused on mentorship, recruitment, and professional development. Victoria is passionate about the firm’s role in public outreach and encourages all staff to participate in community and charitable organizations. Over the last three years the firm has provided a $10,000 scholarship through the ACE mentor program to young women studying mechanical engineering in honor of our founder, and Victoria’s father, Vito Cerami. She is also a board member for the New York Building Congress, member of the University of Hartford’s Board of Regents, and past chairwoman of the University of Hartford’s Institute of Science and Technology Building Initiative Program.
David Craig, Gensler’s Strategy Director, is widely recognized as a workplace expert and leader in developing, implementing, and promoting innovative workplaces that bring measurable benefits to organizations. He’s currently working with clients such as Deloitte, GlaxoSmithKline and Samsung. He is viewed as a trusted advisor to many senior real estate and HR executives. He graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a master’s of science in architecture and a PhD. in cognitive sciences and architecture. David has published academic articles on workplace innovation and research, and has also received a master’s in physics from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Kevin DeLuca has 23 years of experience in the technology industry and currently serves the New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, and Delaware markets as Vice President with C&C Technology Group. As part of C&C’s Digital Building Group, Kevin works closely with integrators, end users, and the engineering community to promote emerging technology related to digital building. This includes power over Ethernet (PoE) lighting and connecting once disparate building systems onto a single platform over a core and shell Ethernet network. Specifically, he works with clients such as Platformatics, a leader in software and controls for PoE lighting. Kevin is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and has extensive previous experience in sales for distribution and manufacturers.
Richard B. Garlock, PE, is an Associate Partner at LERA Consulting Structural Engineers. He has over 20 years of experience designing efficient structural solutions to realize complex architectural visions. His expertise ranges from academic and research buildings to high-rise office and residential towers to institutional and cultural facilities. Rich has worked on numerous high-profile, complex projects, including the structural design of 4 World Trade Center; the School of Architecture and Butler College Residences at Princeton University; the United Nations Consolidated Building in New York City; and a mixed-use development in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Rich is also a Structures Specialist for the State of New Jersey Office of Emergency Management Urban Search & Rescue Team, and has been a Visiting Lecturer for Princeton University’s Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering since 2005. He is also a member of both the Structural Engineers Association of New York and the American Society of Civil Engineers.
Rich Berliner is the Publisher of Connected Real Estate Magazine. He formed a new firm, Fifth Gen Media in 2016 after a 30 year career building and developing wireless networks for the major carriers and turf vendors. Connected Real Estate Magazine is a print and digital publication about Wireless that goes to Commercial Real Estate professionals to educate and promote the industry. Rich ran a public company, Berliner Communications (BCI) for nearly 15 years and has consulted and contributed to many other firms over his career. Rich is a graduate of Rutgers University and resides in New Jersey.
