Strategic planning is the blueprint for the future of your firm—defining the direction and making decisions for the allocation of resources in order to pursue a particular course of action or multiple angles. This interactive session explores how marketers and business developers can lead firms through a successful strategic planning initiative. Areas of discussion include ideas and information to bring to the table during the planning process, facilitation of the process, and collaboration with principals, technical leaders, human resources, and financial functions.
