        When Sarah was a child, her mother kept telling her that she should be a detective as she was always observing everything around her, and describing it back to her mother in great detail. This curiosity, combined with a passion for design, has led to a career of seeking out ways to improve the business pursuit processes for the firms with which she works.

        With over 15 years’ experience in the AEC industry, Sarah recently launched Hoffhaus Creative LLC which provides brand, marketing, and communications consulting for professional services firms. Finding inspiration in helping others grow professionally, Sarah is part of the SMPS-NY Chapter Advisory Council and mentor program, a judge for the Society’s Striving for Excellence and Marketing Communication Awards, and a speaker at SMPS regional conferences. She is also a past SMPS-NY chapter president.

        Connie Luongo

        Connie Luongo is a senior-level professional services marketer who possesses a deep passion for people operations. Connie entered the world of A/E/C marketing accidentally, as many marketers do, when she applied for an administrative/ marketing assistant position a decade ago. Since then, Connie has made her way from assistant to coordinator to director, amassing significant experience marketing for architecture firms. Over time, her role has expanded to become a hybrid of marketing and operations responsibilities. In support of this, Connie recently completed a SHRM-approved Human Resource Management certificate program. Connie currently serves as Treasurer for SMPS New York’s Board of Directors


        Coordinator's Club Brown Bag Lunch events are to initiate conversations among junior marketing staff and are open to all members of SMPS. These lunch sessions consist of an open discussion on a variety of topics, ranging from awards submissions to proposals to project photography. They are free to attend, we just ask that you bring your own lunch (beverages and sweets will be provided).
