Owner’s Representatives fill a unique niche in the A/E/C Industry by ensuring that the owner’s best interests are at the heart of every decision made throughout the design, development and construction process. SMPS-NY addressed this topic 5 years ago, since that time what has changed? Have relationships improved or “devolved” between owner’s representatives and the architects, engineers, construction managers and consultants with whom they partner on the owner’s behalf? How have the roles of architects, engineers and construction managers been impacted? What are the conditions that can optimize these relationships and what makes them fall apart? Please join SMPS-NY as we explore this topic in depth and bring your own questions for the panel.
