Kenneth Levien, FAIA

Ken is an industry leader in the field of real estate project management and owner’s representation. He has nearly four decades of experience in project management, construction monitoring, property assessment, and architecture and business management. He founded Levien & Company in 1992.

He received his M. Arch. and B.A. in Architecture with Honors from Washington University in St. Louis, where he serves on the School of Architecture’s National Council In 2013, Ken was elected a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects (FAIA). Ken is also a Trustee of the New York Building Congress Foundation.

She is the co-author of the monograph "Architecture as a Design Partnership," as well as articles written for Contract Magazine, Real Estate Weekly, New York Real Estate Journal and New York Construction News. Jane serves on the SMPS-NY Programs Committee and moderated the inaugural ‘Demystifying Owner’s Reps’ panel five years ago.
