Vice President Business Development, IVI

This position is responsible for business-to-business consultative selling of due diligence services and construction monitoring on behalf of commercial mortgagees and equity investors.

The target market will be lenders and investors, insurance companies, pension plans, real estate investors, HUD lenders, REITs, and other types of real estate lenders, investors, and servicers.


  • Make sales calls to develop and maintain industry contacts.
  • Follow-up on sales leads.
  • Source leads to generate new client relationships.
  • Conduct sales presentations.
  • Utilize consultative sales techniques to foster new client acquisition.
  • Balance new business relationships with maintaining existing customers.
  • Maintain a high profile externally attendance at industry functions.

Qualification Requirements

  • 5 years business-to-business consultative sales experience.
  • Experience prospecting new clients.
  • Strong sense of urgency; possess hunter mentality.
  • Strong PC software knowledge.
  • Ability to travel and attend events at night.
  • Excellent communication skills.
