Stephen Yablon Architect, a small, award-winning architecture firm in New York City recognized for innovative contemporary architecture, seeks an Office Manager/Marketing Coordinator to fill a key role in our firm. This position requires knowledge and demonstrated interest in architecture and design, prior marketing and office administration experience, ability to independently manage and complete a broad range of tasks on time, and strong written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Adobe Creative Suite and prior experience managing digital image and text libraries required. Undergraduate degree in Architecture, Art History or related field preferred.
• Working with senior staff to assemble marketing proposals and brochures
• Image and text archive management
• Preparation of submissions for awards and publications
• Management of firm website
• General office administration
• Assisting bookkeeper and Managing Partner with accounts payable and invoicing
• Administrative assistance to the Principal
