International planning and design firm located in lower Manhattan, is currently seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator.
The firm is a diversified practice offering its clients comprehensive exhibit and environmental planning and design services. The firm is best known for large-scale, permanent interpretive museum projects and retains specialty subdivisions in media, publications, and digital design.
The responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator include assistance in writing and production of proposals, development and maintenance of marketing materials, and government forms; as well as preparation and coordination of PR activities. Coordinator will maintain photo, press, and corporate archives and some aspects of company website. Additional responsibilities include organizing marketing materials, creating digital files of current and past work, and creating and maintaining a unified marketing matrix.
The successful candidate must have meticulous written and oral communication skills. This individual must be a team player, a self-starter, resourceful, have the ability to coordinate materials with in-house staff, prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented environment, have proficiency in Adobe In-Design and PhotoShop, standard government forms, and above all, be flexible. Minimum of three years of marketing experience in publishing, exhibition design, architecture, advertising, or related field is required.
