Marketing/Business Development Coordinator – VRX, Inc.

New York City office, working directly with the Marketing Manager and President


• Write, prepare, design and produce proposals, SOQs, SF 254/255/330 forms and presentations, award submissions and other marketing materials using Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Represent VRX at industry events and pre-proposals, networking to identify teaming opportunities and form relationships.
• Update and maintain lead tracking database for NYC office.
• Maintain list of upcoming events and conferences, assisting with registration as needed.
• Assist with developing and maintaining firm’s social media presence and company quarterly newsletter.
• Maintain firm resumes, project sheets and brochures.
• Complete prequalification forms and minority certification applications and register/update firm information in vendor and client databases.


• Team player with a strong work ethic and excellent organization and communication skills.
• Self-disciplined detailed individual with ability to work well under pressure, prioritize and multi-task to meet tight deadlines.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, English or similar and 5-7 years of A/E/C industry marketing experience in New York.
• Experience preparing proposals, SOQs and EOIs for MTA, NYSDOT, NYCDOT and DDC.
• SF254/255 and SF330 Form experience preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office.
• Willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
