The New York office of ZGF Architects LLP is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. Working under the direction of the Marketing Manager and Principals, the person assuming this role will be a key member of the close-knit marketing team and will eagerly support marketing efforts by producing proposals and other special materials, and coordinating templates with our graphic designers.
Possessing excellent writing / editing and organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple deadlines in a team environment are essential qualities. We are looking for someone willing to roll up their sleeves and see every assignment through, from beginning to end. A proficiency in graphic software programs, such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft PowerPoint is preferable. At least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience is desired and a BA / BS is preferred. The position may involve some travel and overtime.
