Candidate shall possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have basic design and layout capabilities. Must have the ability to work independently and also in cooperation with a larger regional team, organize and prioritize work assignments, and feel comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment. Qualified candidates will have at least two years of proposal management or coordination experience. Experience in the A/E/C industry is an asset. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, communications, journalism, English, business or related discipline from a four-year college or university is required. Demonstrated strong proficiency with full Microsoft Office Suite and full Adobe Creative Suite a must and web-based interfaces is required.
