Parsons Brinckerhoff is looking for a Marketing Coordinator in its Corporate New York City Office. Under limited supervision, this individual will assist in the marketing efforts of the Northeast Region. This will include proposal and qualifications preparation and presentations; coordination of marketing efforts of outside vendors and subcontractors; working with area manager and project managers.
This position will complete marketing documents involving research; provide input to the development of the annual marketing budget, plan, updates, and regional/district activities; working with project managers and project teams in preparing proposal submissions.
Candidates should have at minimum of four years of experience in editing, proofing, computer usage and general marketing skills. Good communication, organizational, and editorial skills along with liaison capabilities and knowledge of business development procedures is required. Applicant must be self directed, have good follow through, have a calm aptitude and take ownership of assignments; must be able to manage a pursuit from onset to conclusion. This includes letters of interest, qualification packages, proposals and presentations; must be familiar with coaching presentation teams and guiding them through Q&A sessions. Four years of office experience, preferably within a consulting engineering firm environment is required, with excellent overall pc abilities and proficiencies in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
