Ensign Engineering, P.C. located in the Bronx, NY is a women owned and veteran owned small business engineering design and construction management firm. Established in 1993, Ensign is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to assist the founders Regina Gallagher Marengo P.E. President and Carl J. Cannizzaro, PE Vice President in growing the firm in the near and far term. The Coordinator together with the founders will constitute the marketing team that will take the firm’s 20 years of engineering excellence to a position of increased growth and penetration of the A/E/C market.
The candidate will be responsible for development of proposal materials for both private and public clients (RFP, RFI, SF330, SF255/254 responses); assist with client presentations, graphics and print material production; update and maintain CRM database; and regularly perform lead and opportunity tracking.
The firm is seeking a candidate with the following qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related area plus 3-5 years experience in the A/E/C industry or a marketing related field. Must be highly detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple project deadlines. Excellent written and communication skills, and excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and desktop publishing programs. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat and In Design required.
