Immediate availability for a strategic thinking, highly motivated, and experienced business development director to join our team. Supporting the business development and marketing efforts of the entire firm, this position will collaborate with leadership in New York and report to the Executive Director of Business Development and Marketing. This role will be located in our New York office primarily focusing BD efforts in and around New York healthcare and education practices, but ultimately supporting all offices across the firm’s footprint.
Specific duties include, but may not be limited to:
• Seek business opportunities for firm with a focus on healthcare and academic markets
• Drive new revenue by utilizing strong networking skills to create opportunities and partnerships for EwingCole
• Spend significant time outside the firm making contacts
•Organize, plan, schedule, and manage the firm’s sales efforts
•Determine sales objectives to meet firm wide goals
•Manage client satisfaction program
•Represent the firm at the highest level to clients, peer organizations, and business associates
•Make teaming commitments related to business development on behalf of the firm
•Work with technical staff to develop proposals
•Direct training of marketing staff and technical staff on BD-related issues
•Maintain a high profile in professional and community organizations, including SMPS
•Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
