For more than 12 years, clients have relied on Hunter Roberts because we deliver the experience, collaborative approach, and results they want for their most important projects. Partners choose Hunter Roberts because we make their goals our goals, we operate with strict ethical business standards, and safety is our number one priority. More than a slogan, our Culture of Caring is based on our ability to understand the issues that keep our clients up at night, how our work cannot negatively affect their staff and customers, and the desire to discover solutions that are comprehensive, thoughtful, and sustainable.
An example of how we work collaboratively with our partners was demonstrated on the recently completed VIA 57 WEST project. Design Architect Bjarke Ingles Group (BIG) was a newcomer to New York City and brought a specific vision for the building’s form and function. The Durst Organization sought a construction manager that could be trusted to develop BIG’s vision for the nearly one-million-SF project and help coordinate between BIG and the other US-based team members. We substantially mitigated risk and guided the project to a successful conclusion by maintaining open communication with the team and neighborhood during site remediation and foundations, through dedicated pre-planning and large-scale mock-ups of the 6,200 exterior wall panels (1,200 of which were uniquely-designed sloped wall panels) manufactured in two countries, and through dedicated QA/QC testing and inspection of every aspect of the building.
Hunter Roberts may only work in your neighborhood for a few years, but our buildings — and our good reputation — will remain for generations. Visit us at www.hrcg.com for more information on how we can partner on your next project.Tags: Sponsor Station
