Carrie (Snyder) Villani married Steven Villani at a ceremony in Rye Brook, NY earlier this summer.
Carrie is the Director of Marketing for Leslie E. Robertson Associates and a very active member of SMPS-NY as Chair of the Coordinators Club, Member of the Professional Development Committee and Email Co-Chair on the Communications Committee. Steven is a licensed electrician and member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 3. The outdoor ceremony was followed by a ballroom reception and lots of dancing to the new wave bands the couple loves including their first dance to Lovesong by The Cure. The evening featured a rose petal toss, photo booth, sparkler send off, and a Venetian Hour dessert extravaganza. Alexis Newman, Corporate Senior Marketing Specialist at Simpson Gumpertz & Heger and SMPS-NY Director of Communications was Carrie’s Maid of Honor extraordinaire. A number of SMPS-NY members joined in the celebration.

Keith Kennedy joins STUDIOS Architecture as an Associate and Director of Marketing
Keith Kennedy, Chair of the SMPS-NY Communications Committee, has recently joined STUDIOS Architecture’s New York office as Director of Marketing. In this role, he will lead the office’s marketing efforts, assist with business development, facilitate internal and external communications, and support firm-wide marketing initiatives as part of a global team. Keith has recently spoken about our multi-generational workforce at our July Leadership Lunch, and is part of a four-member panel discussing how our industry can better engage millennials at this year’s New Horizons TME 2015.
